Steel plate mesh

Uses: commonly used in stair treads, platform walkways in buildings; guardrails of industrial equipment; ceilings and partitions in the decoration field; can also be used to make speaker grilles, filter devices, etc.

Process: Using high-quality steel plates as raw materials, the steel plates are first cut, and then rows of cuts are punched out on the steel plates by punching and shearing machines, and then the steel plates are stretched to form a grid structure with a certain size and shape. During the stretching process, the stretching ratio and strength must be controlled to ensure the uniformity of the mesh and the overall quality of the mesh. Surface treatment can be performed, such as spray painting, galvanizing, etc.
