Extruded board

Advantages: It has extremely low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance; high compressive strength and can withstand greater pressure; low water absorption and good moisture resistance; light texture, easy to carry and construct; good chemical stability and not easy to age.

Uses: Widely used in building exterior wall insulation, roof insulation, ground insulation; cold storage, refrigerated trucks and other places with high insulation requirements; can also be used for thermal insulation and waterproofing of roads and bridges.

Process: With polystyrene resin as the main raw material, add appropriate amount of foaming agent, flame retardant and other additives, and make it through mixing, plasticizing, extrusion, foaming and other processes. First, the raw material is heated and melted in the extruder, and then extruded through the mold to form. At the same time, a foaming agent is added during the extrusion process to make the polystyrene resin foam and expand in the mold to form an extruded board with a closed-cell structure. During the production process, parameters such as temperature, pressure, and extrusion speed must be strictly controlled to ensure the quality and performance of the extruded board.
