Process: Select high-quality low-carbon steel wire, first straighten and cut it, and then weld the cross points of the steel wire together through resistance spot welding on a special electric welding mesh machine to form a mesh. During the welding process, the current, voltage and welding time must be controlled to ensure that the welding point is firm. After welding, surface treatment can be performed as needed, such as galvanizing, plastic coating, etc., to improve corrosion resistance.
