II. Production process
1. Material selection
The base material is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate or aluminum alloy plate, with optional thickness of 0.5-2.0mm
Precise cutting by CNC laser/punching machine to ensure the flat edge of the plate
2. Punching and forming
Through CNC punching machine processing, the hole type, hole diameter, and hole spacing can be customized as needed (such as φ10mm round hole, spacing 15mm)
The hole arrangement can be designed as straight row, staggered row, etc., taking into account light transmittance and strength
3. Bending and welding
Hydraulic bending machine processes the frame to enhance structural stability
The frame and panel are connected by argon arc welding, and the welding points are firm and without deformation
4. Surface treatment
Hot-dip galvanizing: zinc layer ≥60μm, suitable for long-term outdoor use
Plastic spraying (optional): PVC powder spraying, providing standard colors such as blue, green, and yellow or customized colors
5. Assembly quality inspection
Pre-installation test of accessories (columns, beams, bolts) to ensure smooth on-site installation
